Itumba Hill Conservation Singida is owned By Martin Hopley.
The conservation area was handed over from The Mwamagembe Village to Martin in early 2009.Itumba Hill needs a lot of work to improve it and its environmental condition
The Conservation Area is surrounded by local farmers, some of whom wish that Martin will be kick out and the Conservation Area be abolished so they can expand their farms.
